  • What is the size, weight and thickness of an Vora Art work?
    Our art pieces come in three different sizes - 24" x 24" - 6-7 pounds - 1/2" Thick - 24" x 30" - 8-9 pounds - 1/2" Thick - Main Stage (Size varies depending on Design) - Beatles - 5-6 pounds - 1/2" Thick Weight varies due to amount of vinyl records
  • How do I mount or remove Vora art work?
    All purchases come with complimentary M3 Hanging Strips. These work on most wall surfaces, but you will need to find an alternative if you are attaching them on textured walls, wallpaper, brick, rough or non-stick surfaces, or fabrics. To mount with M3 strips follow the tutorial below, Step 1: Clean the Wall Clean the wall where you plan to mount the art piece with a damp cloth or cleaning wipe. This ensures better adhesion and prevents the strips from coming off due to dust or dirt. Step 2: Measure and Mark Use a measuring tape to find the center of the wall where you want to hang your art. Mark the center with a small pencil dot. Measure and mark the center horizontally and vertically on the back of your art piece as well. Step 3: Apply Strips to the Art Take one M3 Command Strip and remove the backing from one side. Stick it to the back of your art piece, aligning it with the center marks you made. Repeat this process for all four corners. Step 4: Press and Hold Once the strips are applied to the art piece, press down firmly for about 30 seconds on each strip to ensure a secure bond. This helps activate the adhesive and ensures a strong connection. Step 5: Position the Art on the Wall Hold the art piece against the wall, aligning it with the center mark you made earlier. Use a level to make sure the art is straight and adjust accordingly. Step 6: Press the Art to the Wall Press the art piece against the wall firmly (press down in each corner) to ensure the Velcro strips attach securely with the wall strips. Removing the Art Safely To remove the art in the future, gently pull down on the tab of each strip parallel to the wall. This will stretch the strip, breaking the adhesive bond without damaging the wall.
  • Why does Vora art work take 3-8 weeks to ship?
    All designs are handmade and personally crafted. Vinyl carving and design assembly are time consuming and tedious jobs. Large amounts of orders can backlog production and cause longer production times. Although the wait does suck, we guarantee to deliver a one of a kind, high quality product.

1. All Sales are Final: All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products purchased through our platform. Each design is a limited edition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Damage Policy for guidance on how to address such issues. This policy is designed to handle concerns related to damages incurred during the shipping process.

1. Damage Policy Overview: Vora is committed to ensuring the safe delivery of our products to our valued customers. In the rare event that your purchased artwork is damaged during the shipping process, this policy outlines the steps and timeframes for addressing such concerns.

2. Eligibility: Damage claims are valid up to 30 days from the ship date of the product.

3. Notification and Documentation: Customers are required to notify Vora Art Works within 5 days of receiving a damaged product. Notifications must include clear photographic documentation of the damage and should be sent to voravinylrecordart@gmail.com.

4. Evaluation and Verification: Upon receiving the notification and documentation, Vora will conduct a thorough evaluation to verify the damage claim. Customers may be asked to provide additional information during this process.

5. Resolution: a. Replacement: If the damage is confirmed and within the 30-day grace period, Vora will fix the damaged product. We will cover the cost of shipping for the damaged product. Vora will fix the product in 3-10 weeks and send it back to the customer.
